We are here for you even decades after we have installed your cranes.
Cranes, like any other machines, require regular service to ensure that it can function at its optimum for the long haul. During maintenance visit, our trained technicians will check all the mechanical as well as electrical parts on the cranes. At the end of the visit, you will be provided with checklist of all the parts inspected as well as recommended spare parts that needs to be changed, if any. Please note that during maintenance service, the hoist will not be productive for a few hours, hence it would be ideal to choose a time when the hoist can be left idle for a few hours.
There are a few options for service contracts:
- 1 x a year
- 2 x a year
- 3 x a year
- 4 x a year
For service locations outside of Jakarta, additional cost for staff transport and accommodation will apply. For service work done on weekend / public Holiday / after office hour on Monday to Friday, additional surcharge will apply.
